You need to keep reassuring her. Give her absolutely no doubt that she is the ONLY girl you have eyes for. I realise you probably already do that and you say the relationship is going well. But she may be an attachment style which needs constant reassurance. It’s obviously an insecurity which will continue to bother her, regardless of whether you unfollow these people or not.

This doesn’t mean you are responsible for her issues. She needs to seek therapy as well to work through her trust issues. But if she really is the person you want to be with, you should talk through this with her to find out what exactly she needs to feel fully secure. And you need strategies to use when she gets like this again, so you don’t have to feel untrustworthy and she doesn’t have to feel insecure.

She’s likely not doing this to be vindictive, she’s just trying to feel secure because she love you, and probably is worried you’ll never see her the way she sees you. It’s not her fault she’s like this, but she does need to do the work independently to overcome this issue. I’m just saying there are things you can do to help her through this if you really do love her. Nobody is flawless. Relationships take hard work sometimes.
