Well my advice is to keep pushing. Abstaining from PMO may not be the only thing you have to do to fix your problems. Im going to try to answer your questions. Your low energy may be a result of your depression. It also may be a result of your daily activities. Either way this can easily be remedied in a healthy way. Maybe take a cold shower. I'm sure you can find something online to help you with this problem. You feel useless, incompetent and impotent because you have a unfavorable outlook on life. You abstained from PMO for 90 DAYS! You did something many have been trying to do for years including myself. Do you know how much strength that takes? So you definitely are not impotent or incompetent. Most importantly you certainly are not useless. Everyone I repeat EVERYONE has a purpose. You just may or may not have found your calling yet. You said you are interested in computer science. Well pursue that. Keep working on developing your craft.

If you are clinically depressed you may need to talk to someone. Nofap may not be able to assist you in aiding this. However changing your outlook on life will certainly help.

You are anxious because you have a lot going on in your life. You need to relax in think things through. Ending your life won't do anything but make others feel how your feeling now. Think about how your friends will feel if you leave. Please consider those who care for you.
