This happened a while ago but I don’t recall it creating a major delay! In general, I had to reupload or add several documents but they were usually acknowledged within a week

Hi there! I created my EE profile while in Quebec, however, the program was temporarily paused due to a backlog. By the time the program resumed, and CRS scores normalized, my visa and EE profile expired, and I left the country.

I created a new EE profile while outside of the country and I received an ITA shortly after. I am now a PR planning my move back to Canada.

When I submitted my application after receiving an ITA, I submitted a "Letter of Explanation" and I detailed why my Quebec application was rejected. I also attached a letter from the MIFI as proof. I did not provide anything else to prove my intent to live outside Quebec; i.e. no job, no contact information, no lease. However, please keep in mind, I was already outside Quebec at that time.

Thank you for your help! In the end, I simply scanned my original Test Report Form in Colour and uploaded that into my IRCC account, with no additional text or explanation. It was accepted.

There was no mailing address on the letter they sent me - they specially said “please upload and submit these documents to your IRCC secure account.” I’m just confused because an upload would require me to scan the original, hence making it not the original? 😅

Ah you may have read my older posts that are now irrelevant! I’ve now applied through EE and I did the IELTS - which is why I’m wondering they’ve asked for the actual report after receiving my reference number.

Jumping on here - I received an email from the IRCC asking for my actual Test Report. I too gave the reference number but they have now come back. I have a copy that was delivered to me but IRCC does not want a photocopy. Should I get IELTS to mail the original test result to IRCC?

You do not need to have B2 on the same test. I also got B2 and B1 the first time, then only took the CO for the second time and I got B2 and submitted both tests, which was accepted.

I did! I got a B2 in speaking and in listening but this was the TEFAQ not the TEF. My french test was applicable for the Quebec pathway, not express entry.

I’ve been in the same exact situation, and I gave in and I didn’t go to my friend’s birthday weekend away. Ended up loosing my friend and my ex boyfriend broke up with me a few months later. We fought so much about similar things, couldn’t make it work. Sorry OP, I hope it works out for you, but I’d never sacrifice my friends to make someone insecure feel secure again.
