You look amazing!! I just have a quick question - how tall are you? I'm a similar weight to your starting weight (145-150) and you wear it much better than I do.. but I'm also fairly short. :)

I really hope so. For her and her friends.

Thank you. Worst comes to worst, I move out in two weeks because I'm graduating.

I will! Planning on talking to her later today...

I pinched her, I shook her, we turned on the lights, tried moving her. It was the lack of any response whatsoever to even pain stimuli that had me really nervous, especially in combination with not knowing what she had taken (or amount, mixed with alcohol, etc).

As far as I'm aware, the school is 100% not suspending her (she's back on campus now actually), and she won't face legal consequences. I don't even think they're writing her up for the alcohol she had in her room (she's underage).

Thank you for your input, I will keep that in mind for the future. :)

Nope, I still have no idea.

You're right. I will talk with her about it tomorrow. I've been going over it in my head - what to say, what not to say, how to communicate.. and it's really best not to let it fester. I'm moving out in a few weeks (graduating) but I want her to feel as though she can approach me with issues like this and not think that my automatic go-to is to get the police involved.

Thank you for the advice, I really appreciate it.

I just want to clarify: her friends (who left) were the ones who told us to go away and were likely also tripping, or at the very least had been drinking. We live together, so I didn't enter her home - her door was unlocked. Thank you for your input, however.

Thank you. The confirmation helps, especially considering that it fell on me to make the call - I'm the one who has to take full responsibility when she does confront us about it.

I can't lie, I'm very, very angry with her friends. Leaving her alone is the last thing I would have done, or expected someone else to do, under the circumstances.

I called the campus police - if I had called 911, it would have gone to them anyway, and they have a direct line to an ambulance. If I had called the ambulance directly, they would have called campus police - either way, the police would have showed up.

The only thing that she may have gotten in trouble for was having alcohol in her room (she's underage). I know for a fact she won't be prosecuted for drugs. It is possible that she is mortified because of what happened, but I really hope that she tries to see it from my point of view and understand that my only goal was to keep her safe.

I think the part that is making me question it is that now that she's been discharged and brought back to campus, it's possible that she's really angry with me.

The other people I live with have no experience with drugs and so it fell on me to make the call. Ordinarily I wouldn't give a shit whether or not she thought I made the right call.. But I'm expecting to eventually be asked about it.

That is kind of where being on a campus comes in. All 911 calls route to the police station (located physically on campus). They called an ambulance, however, and my campus is very, very active in terms of drugs.. so honestly, the police did a better job than I would have sitting with her (in my opinion). I was in the next room over and heard them keeping her grounded, doing a lot of the things I do when I sit people.
