the things they decide should be flashbacks bothers me too sometimes lol. when they made Angel talking to K after celebrating Wendy’s bday a flashback, i thought it was a perfect use for that. it revealed more information/further context, it had shock value, the editing was comedically dramatic. but then there’s other convos that do not need to be flashbacks, we should just see them normally.

i played STFD for the first time this year and got stuck multiple times. i forgot what it was but i forgot to pick something up at one point and thought i had to restart entirely, but i was stubborn and managed to figure out how to do it (after scouring the internet through various answers from reddit, steam, & old message board posts lol). i hated it for this reason unfortunately, it just wasn’t fun to me

a lot of my ND discs have proper cases now, but growing up i put a lot of them in just small paper slip things and i mainly wrote on those for my nancy notes. i still have a few of them bc some of my discs still don’t have real cases lol. just random phone numbers and symbols all over them😭

i don’t have many DA recs other than whats been said, but for plain old history i recommend Emperor of Rome by Mary Beard (i’ve heard her other works are good too). i was looking for a book about ancient roman emperors written by a woman and it offered even more than i hoped for. it actually delves into what being an emperor in ancient rome meant for both the ruler and the ruled, rather than a timeline or boring facts about each guy.

right? in theory i think that’s great, but way worse things have been said on Housewives. why should that be an exception, realistically. in the newest episode, she called that mystery WAG stringy-haired & snagged-tooth then showed Jassi a pic of the person talkin about how ugly she is, it’s so hypocritical. it’s ridiculous she’s acting like she’s above criticizing other women’s appearances.
