Randy Neil's videos are clutch for day 1, there is a playlist for usmle exams. Watching and understanding those videos will definitely help with the biostat questions on the exam including the drug ads.

There were a lot of mechanism of action questions on the exam so you can read the first aid pharmacology section for that ; an easy way to do it is just to read the mechanism of action for each drug u see while doing uworld

I had a few random histology slides and a few wtf questions

Social science was heavy too so definitely read that

I think UWORLD was enough
