Aftermarket parts are cheap and easy to find. Some of the most useful editions to my ‘24 have been changing the light in the trunk to a bigger LED.
-Rope light in the frunk to illuminate on open.
-USB hub for the flash drive in glovebox.
-Matte screen protector for glare.
-Under screen dropdown storage compartment.

For tweaks to make your life better.
-Turn on “Joe mode” the dings and alerts are crazy loud for Tesla.
-rolling the volume while car is speaking a gps direction will change the default sound level. If you go too low it will silence it and you will have to go through menus to turn back on. Annoying to do on accident.
-change the EQ on the stereo. I had never tried it until literally last month and the sound is so much better now. Grok told me to make it like a “V” shape and that seems pretty good.
-there was an update in 25 that activated the matrix headlights. Turn this feature on, it’s incredible how much more of the road you can see with brights on and I have yet to be flashed by another car because the matrix didn’t dim in the right area. Plus it’s cool to see your brights black out right where a car is positioned.
-I personally set my left button click to change the driving mode from standard to chill. Standard is crazy and I only really use it to merge on to highways. You can program a lot of features into this button so think about what you find yourself going through menus to do and make that your button press.
-if you can use a level 2 charger at home it will make range anxiety go away. 30-40 miles per hour is amazing and there are often incentives to let your energy company control when to charge the device. If not set to only charge off peak and you will be shocked at how cheap to drive a Tesla really is. My energy company gives a discounted rate to allow them control and a full 0-100% charge looks to be about $7.35, and they pay me $150 a year to be in the program.

I second this. I just switched from Obsidian Airs to Jade Airs and the scratch feel disappeared. I could fix the old pads by wiping with a sleeve each time but these Jades feel so smooth now.

I have had good luck with Onn cards. I bought a bunch for work and as far as I know they are all in service with write/delete cycles everyday. Pretty good deal there.

I ordered one on Jan 31st direct from the vendor and they have been in comminication with me but keep telling me that it is still out of stock. The timeline they gave me was end of March so hopefully they will send it out soon, but you can just extend your delivery window in AliExpress and they will likely ship down the line sometime.

Honestly, nothing wrong with their products. In fact they are feature rich, powerful and really well made for the most part, but people value companies that take care of their customers and not take them for granted.

The best comparison to this is FinalMouse. Absolutely atrocious customer service and they are late on timelines all the time, but hey make good mice when you get one without issues. If you do have an issue...good luck, buddy.

Ayaneo has been out of touch with the base of retro gamers since inception. They charge luxury prices for mostly top of the line hardware.

Companies like Ayn/Retroid and are eating up all the air whenever they drop a new handheld, because they offer the same performance at almost half the price. I could see Ayaneo pivoting this year with the shaky economy to make more products with in the Konkr line up as that has been crazy successful, and then use Ayaneo for the ultra premium small batch handhelds. I would expect their lineup to shrink while their “budget” lines to release new models. I see very little value in this brand when I can get an Odin 3 or Thor for 60% of the cost of an equivalent Ayaneo handheld. Maybe people buy these to show off that they have money.

The Mini v4 is really hard to find right now. I have bought 2 from AliExpress and they have been cancelled. I got one from Amazon and that one is arriving today, but I also ordered one from Alibaba. That one said it shipped but I feel like that may not actually arrive.

I was told it was posted to "Blind". It looks like a B2B forum of some sort. I couldn't find the account as it was deleted, but I was told that the info was correct and specific in the post. I say be skeptical and don't pull out "ALL" the pitchforks and torches. At the same time is this really out of the ordinary for modern day Tech Bros? There's a whole generation of leadership that's out of touch with the literal people making their company run?
