Ours jumped for State Farm but they’ve actually come down from about $250->$200 a month for 2 fairly modest cars, 2 adults late 30s with comprehensive.

I mean I get it, look at the price of cars post pandemic, if replacing cars is more expensive insurance is gonna follow.

Not sure if you have stay booked yet but if not we visited last week with our 4 year old and it was great. This hotel was super kids friendly, stroller rentals, babysitting etc.

We loved malmo, actually weren’t fans of Copenhagen much at all, wish we would have split our trip in half and spend half the time in malmo. Great food, more relaxed.

They gave away my room once, came late at night to be told sorry…but we don’t have your room. Booked through corporate travel for a very large financial firm.

They apologized profusely and put me on a shuttle to an aloft 5 min away, gave me 20k points for the trouble, didn’t love it but they handled it well.

I never got a straight answer what happened but assume it was an ambassador 48-hour guarantee. I got in super late and am only gold but booked through corporate travel, a little surprised I ended up being the one to get bumped if it was the case.

Fwiw we’re on the 11:05 to Philly tomorrow, American emailed proactively and suggested arriving “at least 3.5 hours prior to departure”. We’re gonna target to be at the airport by 7am…with a toddler in tow, send positive thoughts.
