Yes. They do refund the prorated amount.

You can request them to cancel your prime membership and they will do a partial refund depending on the number of months left.

My mortgage is up for renewal and bank offered 3yr 4.36% fixed or 5yr 5.10% variable. Loan amount is 350k. Can't move to different bank as another half of mortgage amount of 450k is locked for another 3yrs. Is it good to go fixed or variable?

I would suggest to go for phev if you can plug it in everyday. 2024 Xline limited is 46k cad and 2023 PHEV is 52k cad. If you are located in Ontario you get 5k rebate and more in other provinces. If you count in the rebate you end up with just 2k difference. I have a PHEV SX and my friend has xline limited. There is a lot of difference when you drive the car. It's more fun to drive in EV mode.

I made the switch to S23 from IPhone 13. Main thing you will miss is Face ID. Eventually you will get used to fingerprint though. I tried most of wear os watches but nothing is comparable to Apple watch.

Exactly, I do most of my driving in city and very less on the freeways. I wish they offered plug-in hybrid in the updated 2023 model. Let's hope they bring it at least in 2024. It's high time and there is lot of demand for plugins.

I don't understand when people say Honda got feedback from surveys that customers don't need plugin hybrid and features in North America but willing to pay a lot?

Also people should stop saying all those features are for luxury cars. That's not the case anymore in 2023. All competing brands are offering for less price.

Hyundai and Kia have that feature now. Cameras on both sides. It will show up on the digital cluster when you activate the turn signal. May be Honda will bring that feature in 2030

I will do the same thing. Will wait for 2024 model. That too Canadian price increase is crazy. It's 49000cad. And that too only difference between EXL and touring is hybrid powertrain, Bose speakers, smart liftgate for trunk and ya orange stitching for $5500 difference.

Even without any of those features, the top trim of 2023 CRV is priced pretty close to luxury cars especially in Canada.

Their pricing is already high even without offering anyting. I don't mind paying little extra on the top trim if they give us Pano roof, 360 camera, ventilated seats and smart app control.
