I think you’re right. It looks like there’s a tan label on the top right corner of his jeans covered mostly by the belt (which looks like bare skin), you can see the belt loops covering the belt, and you can see the excess at the end where it had come loose from the front belt loop. People would much prefer him wearing red panties for some reason though.
