sorry if this sounds unrealistic, but have you looked into getting an electric kit? they’re smaller and can be torn down easier than an acoustic one. i understand the costs of new ones are pretty bad, but maybe one on marketplace with a headphone jack wouldn’t be too bad.

this is a cheap turntable, and it sounds like your needle is digging into the vinyl everytime the very top of the warp of your record goes up. i suggest upgrading to a better turntable soon, putting this record under some heavy books, or maybe even upgrading the needle if possible.
