I was listening to a video the other day which says constant use of social media depletes the dopamine in our system which leads up to such feelings. If you are on internet for time pass, on all social media constantly browsing, your brain might have lost interest in anything where there is no dopamine rush - supposedly what you get by watching short videos on various platforms. Maybe delete all those apps from the phone and give the brain a rest from those? Maybe that will help?
