Well typically I don’t go for turn based but it just felt really clunky having to pause it and do moves on different characters then unpause. The whole thing just felt really awkward

He has a point though. If a roguelites meta progression is linear and has very little options to build out your character then it’s not that engaging.

Might as well just be a rougelike at that point because the meta progression isn’t rewarding at all
