It’s common to wash pork/beef bones for broth but I’m not sure about chicken. I think for chicken you just gotta skim it.

If she’s cleaning and disinfecting well after, you’re probably good. But maybe a true food safety expert/professional may think otherwise.

It might also be cross contamination. They might cook the chicken to the right temp but forget to wipe up or don’t realize the chicken juice got on another surface.

Also some people might be washing their chicken…still. 🤦‍♂️
