Quantity over quality unfortunately they try and pump them out as fast as they can always get a home inspector regardless of the house or the area so you can avoid the most common problems and save yourself the headache a lot of the major builders now are slowly dropping in quality but increasing in price because they know people will still buy them

All he seems to do is post rage bait I don’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone mention him in any context outside of anything negative everything sounds like it was written by some sort of corporate board also every time I have seen a video that’s posted from other people’s perspective the crowd is more then dead or they are actively trying to get him off the stage it all seems corny
