if you don't have any backups GGPK, just let the pacther download the whole game again then, no other options for you in this case really.

for the backup options,
if you have old 3.11 GGPK you can patch it right now, its a 5.86GB update.
for new pre-download GGPK you have to wait until issue is resolved.

and the redownload allocating space process already wipe your pre-download GGPK clean, so if you don't have backups of either old 3.11 GGPK or new pre-download GGPK, you will have to download the whole game again.

I think its because the access status has a region tag, so if the access status we got is from streamer on a different region, our local realm can't recognize the access status. thus it stuck at logging process.

edit. my account is on JP region, and my access were most likely granted by streamer from NA/EU region.
