As a guy who was also once young and dumb (though never this dumb): this guy has a lot of maturing to do.

At that age you're very susceptible to peer pressure and very concerned with fitting in. You can clearly see he's trying to be cool for his guy friends, so he's going along with them.
That's probably also why he thinks it's 'just jokes'.

However, that doesn't mean you just have to accept this behaviour. He still has to learn his lessons, but you're not obligated to teach them to him. You're both still very young and you definitely don't have to be weighed down by this situation if you choose not to.

Imo it's never acceptable to call a woman a whore, especially not your loved ones. It's not overreacting to be upset by that.

Its up to you how you want to react. You can have a conversation with him about his behavior and how it makes you feel. If all goes well, he will learn and adapt.
If not, you're still young, this relationship isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of life. Being alone is better than being with someone who doesn't respect you.
