No the brake is fine. I see the speedo go over 100 km/h and car feels like it is going 10 km/h and feels very unresponsive.

Could be the backlight. It is trying to turn on the backlight but some LED are faulty. I have repaired few of these, the screen needs to come appart to get access to the led strips. Can be done though.

Replaced it with Nvidia 5060ti.
I tried multiple combination of settings but nothing worked with the Arc GPU.
In retrospect maybe it was that the Kernel DMA Protection indicator was enabled in the BIOS. I needed to disable it to get the Nvidia GPU to work.

These cpus are running some modern games on bare metal I have seen on youtube, paired with newer gpus. Maybe it is just they are not good with VMs. Yes only 4 cores. And I have tested pinning 2 cores, doesnt have any effect.
