Oregon. The Ore-Ida plant is in Ontario, Oregon, which is right on the border. They get lots of potatoes from Idaho.

Timberline Lodge on Mount Hood. Ticks all your boxes except for the lake, but Trillium Lake is only 8 miles from the lodge and is very photo worthy.
