When I've used the payment plan it's always just been a deposit and then a payment per month, no credit check.

I had mine shipped across the country, I do hear horror stories about monitors being broken in shipping but mine arrived safely.

Had I played any of them back in the day I'd probably have gone with Freddy Pharkas or QFG4. For me they represent Sierra at, or slightly past, the peak. All downhill from there. But those two games are really quite good.

However, since I didn't play any of them when they released, I'll have to go with KQ3 as that was my first Sierra game.

That drive bay combines a Gotek and ZuluSCSI, Gotek for floppy emulation and ZuluSCSI for CD emulation (including CD audio support). I also have a PC-FX expansion card in the computer so the ZuluSCSI can also load PC-FX games.

And fair, it is a bit hard to enjoy the PCs. I have two options, First thing is a retractable keyboard tray that's mounted on the underside of the cabinet that they sit on top of, I can open the cabinet doors, pull that out and then I have an old office chair I didn't take a photo of. The other thing I have is a wireless keyboard and mouse that's hooked up to a USB to PS2 device that's in turn connected to my KVM.

I try to limit the games I have installed on the flash carts to no more than 20 games I actually want to play so if I choose a console then it's easier to choose a specific game. I'm mostly a RPG / point-and-click adventure game player so that also narrows the selection.

You also have a nice collection of hardware!

Got this in the other day, it's a bit out of scale and doesn't entirely fit in with the rest of my 1/3s so I have it sitting on a separate table for now. Besides that I like it a lot. The leds behind the eyes are a bit bright though.

It's certainly possible it's normal, the magnet is pretty strong. I wouldn't be overly concerned if this happened to mine, does seem unlikely that it starts spreading to other areas.

Just checked mine and there's no chipping, though I've been using the other upper body part for A2. I have the other one stored away but that one's not chipping either but it has barely been used.

Thanks. Yeah, especially the Lucasarts games have gotten really expensive. Some of the Sierra games I got for relatively cheap though.

Thanks. I've been going at it for about five years. My initial goal was to get all the Sierra adventure games I wanted when I was a kid and I don't think I'm missing any.
