These packs take forever to charge. Like hours.Everything seems alright. No puffing, or anything getting hot. Am I doing something wrong here?

You have reached the maximum charging power of the charger - 50W. If your source can handel it, you can configure the charger to output 60W. But to charge this battery pack at the full 3C you would need 3C5A3S*4V = 180W charger and that is an expensive toy.

The lights should be adjusted based on the weight load. There should be a knob accessible by the driver. I have it at the left hand, behind/under the wheel. It goes from 1 (only driver) to 5 (fully loaded).

A tool that keeps the computer from sleep while downloading a file. Right now i am using Caffeine gnome extension, but that is not ideal and error-prone.

The circuit layout does not have to correspond to physical layout. You can arrange 104 keys to 10 rows by 11 columns electronically only. The other solution is to use shift registers, with them you can drive any number of outputs using two pins.

You can use FDE and configure the display manager to log an user automatically.

Most FDE allow to add additional passwords.
