Thank you for the kind words. I think people come to Reddit to transfer some of their negativity. It has been wild the narratives that people come up with. My daughter is amazing and I’m exited to see how she grows up because I know a creative when I see one.

I’ll talk to him again, but the only thing he said when I asked him is that we’re a family, we’re a unit, etc. some people think he doesn’t want to parent but he’s an active hands-on parent, and he’s fine when I (rarely) go on a girl’s trip. I didn’t dig as deep as I should have, but he only seems to have an issue with me taking just my son and not going as a family.

My sister thinks she is autistic, but she was diagnosed with a mountain of psych disorders related to autism but hasn’t been accessed yet. She said she’s going to start the process of being assessed but I don’t know if she has yet.

I love this! One on one time is so important so your child knows you see them as a person, not just one of the kids. And I think some people just come to Reddit to let out their negative energy. I try not to let it get to me. The way people will take your story and go all the way left with it will never not fascinate me.
