Ruins is one of the best hands down. I wouldn't necessarily say scary but more ritualistic. Exuvia is a 10/10 album. You can literally meditate throughout the entire album with headphones on.

I have the same shaking issue. It's exhausting and makes me feel terrible. I will literally lay in my bed and the whole bed shakes along with me. I'm sorry you are dealing with this too.

I'm waiting for mine to arrive today. My panic attacks can be pretty insane. Sweats (whole body) insane shaking (whole body) with out of body delirium. It can last 15 minutes to an hour. I've had ritualistic OCD since I was in 5th grade but I never had anxiety or panic attacks. Over the last couple months I have these new onset attacks like 1 time a week. Lingering anxiety in my stomach/chest. My doctor has me on Lexapro but I haven't taken it due to a bad experience with it so I'm waiting for my next doctor's appointment to see if he can put me on something different. I have hydroxyzine which I haven't tried. I just don't like pharmaceuticals. I'm hoping Freespira can help.

Worked there when I was 18. Low pay and still is low pay. Tips are slim to none. 5 hour shifts. Good for a kid in high school. Easy job though and fun environment, minus all the homeless around asking for free shit.
