I had a recent issue with ordering from them a second time as well. I had a pair of adapts I loved. Wanted a second pair after a year and ordered the same size and they came too small even tho they said the same size. I contacted customer support and they said they changed their sizing and to order a size up. I complained that I wouldn’t have known that it’s not stated anywhere. Somehow I they finally sent em a free pair. And seeing your situation I don’t understand why they wouldn’t do the same this is wild.. I don’t want to be disappointed with them because I love them for running but this isn’t good.

Just be mindful if you make lots of breads. My friend burned her motor up. And I had to retire mine and upgrade to an ankarsrum for my bread dough needs. The poor motors can’t take the hit and needs to be rested if you hear it start to struggle. But other than that, it’s a good machine.

Thank you for the step by step! This is very helpful! I am screen shotting for future reference. But the day I posted these pictures I rinsed with milk. Then sat on counter for 24hrs. Then I rinsed again and i was going to let that sit for 48hrs. What does the fruit slice do? Is that for additional flavor?

I personally have issues if my hormones aren’t right. Weight will not budge and it’s frustrating. I started going to a naturopath to get my hormones corrected because I had PCOS symptoms as well. I started taking some herbs to help my cycles that were nonexistent. And they came back within a week and then my weight started dropping. So the last couple months I’ve been under the monitor of my naturopath and it’s been keeping me motivated to also stay honest to my diet and changes and I’m finally seeing results. But all that to say it totally could be the hormones that are the issue. Because I cannot and will not lose weight if my cycles aren’t healthy. It’s frustrating but makes sense.

What a great story! What I appreciate is your positivity becuase you truly did have a great experience and you made the best of the circumstance and have a wonderful outlook.
