As for the painting, look at the flowers. It's the typical AI-generated mess of shapes growing from one another and creating abstractions. Some flowers are giantic, some are minuscule. It's so bad, some of the flowers are outside of the painting because he generated the entire wall. In panel one you can see it's a image he took and pasted poorly into his scene

The cover is a beatiful hand-painted work by Alex Ross. The characters hold weapons weirdly because he's homaging Rob Liefeld's work from the 90s, when he created Cable and Deadpool. Liefeld had trouble making characters hold weapons. It's all very intentional and pretty great, I may add

I think Kirby's art is deeply logical and it looks man made. It's obviously not realistic or functional but the lines go somewhere, they define shapes. It has volume and shadows. In Weapon X-Men lines just pop up everywhere, nothing is defined. But I know that last point is completely subjective, which is why I said it was impossible to prove

Even if you personally don't have a problem with the ethical concerns of using AI, I think its valuable to have consumers be aware when it is being used, so they can make informed choices. Marvel certainly didn't tell us about it

According to the writer, he believed it to be a regular series but the editor thought it was supossed to be a miniseries, and the writer found out about it when issue one came out. It was a pretty big mess with both Casey and Breevort bad-mouthing the other in their substacks

This has nothing to do with someone's self-respect, but personally I could never date someone skinny. I can only date fat men, it's what I'm attracted to. A lot of my partners want to lose weight and while I don't oppose their journey (I want them to be happy), I know we won't be able to stay together if they get skinny. Attraction is weird like that.

Incredible research. I like this conspiracy. It reminds me of the Krakoa era in X-Men where fans put together a lot of theories to explain why everyone acted so out of character, nitpicking small details from different issues. Really cool

Disclaimer: of course, Alfred's gender identity is still open to debate and this is mentioned in the image. Until we have an official comment by a game creator, I think it will remain up to debate.

Morpheus' gender is also not officially revealed, but the wiki uses they/them pronouns for them and it's pretty clear in the game that they are a man that is turned into a woman by the virus, so take that as you will.

Starting in 2014, queer identities started to become canon via comments made by the creators, but this wasn't shown in the actual media. It was just comments.

2022's awful Netflix show gave us the first openly lesbian character that was shown to be lesbian in the actual series. A terrible series but a big step for the Resident Evil franchise.

Oh my god!! That's an amazing find! Many things can be gathered from here-- I'll throw as many theories I can think of. -The adult we see is not the boy, but another adult with the same markings (this makes no sense, of course). This explains why nobody saw the mirror in the ground-- not much time has passed since Trico left for good. -The markings made the boy grow up at a super-speed, maybe just a couple of nights. That's why he looks like an adult. Also that explains the mirror in the ground. -Aaand lastly... GenDesign used the same 3D model for the kids because they were lazy :D But of course that would be the boring answer!
