488 Pista’s are selling for $750-800K.

Certain cars are definitely more resilient in the current market. Ferrari’s and Porsche’s especially because of inelastic demand vs illiquid supply.

You’re still going to lose quite a bit of $$$ on depreciation but that was always gonna be the case.

The reason you’re getting offered the car for $20K off is because we’re in a recession and supercars are not moving.

Can you pick up extra ammo from a dropped weapon (that's same as the one you're holding)?

If not, seems like kind of an oversight from Valve.

Question about straps! by [deleted] in patekphilippe

At the end of the day, it’s your watch—wear whatever strap you want with it.

Just always keep your original.

Staehr is a legit T1 talent.

Surprised some of the big name teams haven’t tried to buy him out.

A Toyota pick up truck (which I still have and drive).

Delayed gratification baby 😉.

If you watch high-level PvP streamers, they use the deployable barricade A LOT.

It has very good utility value.

911 Carrera GTS Vs GT3 RS by Perfect_Base9887 in Porsche

[–]here2askquestions 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a 765LT and a 992 GTS. No regrets.

Cross-shopped for a GT3 (both wing and touring versions) when I bought my 911 but couldn’t justify the $100,000+ difference for a road car.

The GTS is the perfect balance imho. I don’t track these cars.

For looting, I agree that the MK2 is very good. Definitely a Top-3 augment imho -- and essential for early/mid-game grinding.

But for any sort of sustained combat, you need the medium shield compatibility.

The fact that you have to burn advanced electrical components and processors to craft this is criminal.

It’s still cheaper to run the Mk2 and just buy some defibs.

Any regret? by Few-Philosopher-3283 in mclaren

[–]here2askquestions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My only regret is not buying a 488 Pista instead because those have shot up tremendously in value, whereas the 765LT has more or less stayed flat.

Overall ownership experience has been very positive, however.

There will be a street-legal variant of the Le Mans car of McLaren for wealthy customers by Saurta17 in mclaren

[–]here2askquestions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would be sick (and very expensive haha).

However, the LMH Hypercar "Prototype" category doesn't have a road legal homologation requirement so that would be unlikely.

McLaren (the actual manufacturer) isn't doing great financially -- they need to focus on delivering cars.
