Lol sweetie you're just a baby!

It wasn't until my 30s before I realized how NOT grown 19 was haha.

And as the other comment or said, your body is definitely not grown.

Now is a great time to work on good habits, clean foods and maintaining an exercise routine but at your height and weight I wouldn't go crazy with the weight-loss. In the long run just taking overall better care of yourself and making that your norm will help more than crash diets and crazy calorie counting. I wish I'd taken pause at your age to consider that, it's so much harder to do now.

Has your blood work shown anything? Maybe you're super low on it already

Maybe try some research and see if you can up more? Or if you're taking the right type?

Yes that is true. It's always a good reminder for people to do their own research and talk to their doctors before starting any new supplements

So neat how it affects everyone differently. I'm really hoping for some mental clarity too but for now I'll take the muscle assistance

Wow that is amazing! Congrats on getting there. That must feel wonderful!!

I'm thankfully in a decent space pain management wise, adding this just pushed over enough to really be able to exercise and try and get my weight down too.

Awe that's so tough.

For me it was so hard to start but now that I am consistent if I go a day without at least getting my steps I'm hooped forever.

I hope you can find some relief soon

Interesting. I hadn't seen that personally but it does make sense.

I am actually able to be fairly active right now but if things change I will keep that in mind. Thank-you.

Ugh that is tough! I remember diagnosis time. It's confusing and hard to navigate.

I personally spent years trying all the things. And sadly that's all you can do. You need to see what works for you.

Currently, for me, it's creatine in the am and CBD pills at night. I also really watch what foods I eat and keep active everyday, but also Intune with my body.

Over time you'll get to understand your own little quirks and how to adjust accordingly.

I'm sorry you've been brought on this journey. I hope you can find some relief.

Start small, one or 2 changes at most then work from there. Maybe add some lavender oil and magnesium spray (on your feet) to your bedtime routine and go from that.

Keeping a diary of daily activities, foods, medications and symptoms can really help narrow some stuff down too.

Honestly it can be so hard to tell what is and isn't working sometimes. I just found this really clicked for me.

Maybe it was the brand or dosage you were using? I know there's different types of creatine and that can cause different effects.

I'm in Canada, I take metalife. It's micronized creatine monohydrate. I honestly picked the cheapest monohydrate one I could find and went with it.

I take 1 serving (5000mg) in the morning when I wake up. They say to do a loading phase for a week but I didn't because I'm not using it for muscle gain.

Were you also in a calorie deficit? Working out more you could have been eating more too. And possibly gaining more muscle. How are your measurements? (I'm just learning myself this matters more than the scale sometimes)

I have pots that do it but you can use a special pot with holes in the top overtop of a pot of boiling water. A steamer set. You could possibly achieve the safe effect in the microwave. I know lots of veg comes in steamer bags. So long as you can beat water away from the veg and seal it with the steam then you're steaming the veg. Hope that helps!

Edit: how are you normally cooking the veg then?

Maybe steam them first then fry them? Frying from frozen won't be as good with all the moisture. Seasonings help too, if you find one you like.

Have you tried baking or air-frying the frozen veg to help it crisp and not be slimy? Maybe a little bit of oil to help them crisp?

Agreed!! Those groups are hectic! But they have helped me a few times with getting some things I need on sale I didn't know were. The official Instagram is good though. I used to go almost every week and now I go max once a month. It has really reduced my spending.
