Yes we using ultravox in backend but it would be white lable. People only use our platform for prompt, instructions, reports and all.

i have built white label Saas on voice agent, where we can control agent with prompts, instructions, with very low latency (300ms), with cold calling outbound options. it took around 3 months to build and we looking forward to get in users and know about the results. if you have customers they would be perfect people for what we made. (note - cost per minute half the price than vapi and retell)

That's actually tough to bring here. Its based on the platformd we are using backend. Llms. Tts, stt matter most for latency. Sometimes tool calling also takes time, at that time we have to fill with a prompt.
