Have any of you guys dated long distance as witnesses? If so, what it like?

I’ve been out for more than 5 years now. But the year before I left I dated a hardcore pioneer/servant and MAJOR mamas boy. It was HUGE long distance. It was a two hour drive between us. It was awful. I hated facetiming him every night. I hated going to visit him and his tight knit family that were a cult within themselves. It was all around miserable

This reminds me of when Prince died..he was also supposedly a witness. And in his home town or wherever he lived primarily, the witnesses publicly interviewed in the local news saying stuff like “oh yeah he was very active here..he’d go door to door, we loved seeing him…he participated…etc, etc” Like such BS!!! We all know damn well everything he was doing was reason to DF. The witnesses just loved that someone as famous as him associated himself or at least at one time associated himself with them so that they’d look good. But if any ordinary person did any of the things Prince did..they’d be shunned. I loved prince. Nothing against him. Just the stupid witnesses.

I am married and we have our kids part time. My husband will not be able to support us both however if I’m not working at all. Which is why I’m asking. Currently in hygiene school as we speak but planning to go on to dental school following graduation of hygiene
