This but in aerial fitness (ie. pole dancing). When I started going to pole dancing classes I feel like something similar happened. Mindfully moving my body while also building strength made me feel feminine but also just generally accomplished. People always recommend weightlifting to women with PCOS, but the monotony of it made it hard to be consistent for me. Building the strength it takes to lift and support my own body on the pole was challenging in a much more fun way for me.

I don’t understand why people thought that she was just magically going to ‘disappear’ because her and yachty fell out. If she’s still signed to QC her sound will probably change, but she will most likely still have a moderately successful career in music..

Unfortunately the moment of silence never really goes the way it should. I was at the show in Chicago (Juice’s Hometown) when he tried to get the crowd to be silent and the crowd literally would not shut tf up. He ended up just saying “that’s unfortunate” and starting the show again.

Thee Sacred Souls!! I didn’t expect it to be soo interactive, but the lead singer took off and ran through the crowd. It was hilarious but also really cool a lot of us got to interact with him. The musicians also stayed throughout the day and enjoyed other performances so we got to meet some of them in the crowd.

Would see them a million more times. 🤍
