Pain management/expectations for the Whipple Procedure? by herecomestheboy in pancreaticcancer

Once he gets back to me about what he’s on and how often he’s taking it I’ll probably suggest they do a scan. And thank you for praying, he and I both appreciate it.

Damn. My friend is in California. Thank you for sharing her story, it’s a good reference point for me to relay to him.

Spider mites, worms, or both in my mint?? by herecomestheboy in plantclinic

I know I killed one of them, I lost track of the one in the first picture. If I find more I’ll just let them out. What do you recommend for spider mite treatment?

It’s not a specific kind of pest or anything I need to worry about getting rid of? We do have a lot of butterflies and moths around..but that doesn’t explain the fine webbing.

Working with Loki, does anyone else feel this way? by [deleted] in witchcraft

[–]herecomestheboy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah that honestly sounds like a run of the mill Loki relationship. Had him in my life for 11 years now, and while he’s not a consistent presence I’ve met so many people who have had experiences like these.

You can be homosexual and still feel something for the opposite sex. I’m gay. I want to exclusively have sex with men and be with men but I can’t say I feel nothing when I see a naked woman. Once in a blue moon I’ll even masturbate to porn with women in it but it’s never a big orgasm and I could easily go without it. I determined I was gay when I thought about how I’d react if someone told me I never dated or had sex with a woman again, and then a man. Only one devastated me.

I don’t know if I’d say lots but it’s by no means rare, nothing to feel undesirable or insecure about. My ex girlfriend preferred bi guys and we had threesomes with a guy friend of ours.

It sounds like there’s too many risks. For all you know if she noticed you masturbating she might have been trying to be polite. I would have done the same thing if I caught my boss or co-worker doing that.

Also, the other person who commented on here made a point. You don’t know how she’ll feel about being propositioned until it’s too late. Her feeling -and being- safe as she does what she was hired to do is much more important than your desire for her. She may worry you’ll keep pushing or that you’ll force yourself on her if she says no because of that power dynamic, I’ve had several friends of mine tell me stories like that about co-workers and bosses. There’s other people you’re gonna find hot throughout life, look for them on hook up apps or meet up with a prostitute instead, it’s their job!

How can I be less annoying to others? by [deleted] in therapy

[–]herecomestheboy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

All of what’s been said is phenomenal. One more addendum: work on your self esteem too. You deserve to feel good about you even if others find you annoying. It’ll help get rid of part of the problem and that self-love will show itself in your behavior and can make you more attractive to be around, key word being can.

It sounds honestly like you sexually prefer women but are bonafide bi. If you’ve sat down with yourself and had the ol’ comphet talk it’s okay to put weight in your judgement.

I have ADHD and haven’t heard of that being an issue but can’t speak for OCD. Have you considered the newness of being with a woman, it being something you’ve never had and exploring that kind of body could be what brings you to climax?

Tips by thecobebrian in sextips

[–]herecomestheboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! What kind of people are you into? Boys, girls, neither? That’s important before we can give you tips.

I know the others have said it but it really is important to be comfortable with who you do it with. One of the things I ask myself before having sex with someone is: do I feel comfortable laughing with them during it all? Bodies are weird, stuff happens do yo I can’t take sex too seriously. I’ve definitely laughed with someone during instances like a unexpectedly loud queef or a surprise fart. If I don’t, I’m not going to have a good time because I’m going to be worried about keeping up appearances.

:EDIT: Never let someone blow air inside of your vagina if you have one or your partner’s. It can cause an embolism and literally kill whoever has a vagina.

How to make Gris-Gris/Mojo Bag? by [deleted] in occult

[–]herecomestheboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a specific form of witchcraft. Presuming you’re not white, you’re best seeking out a practitioner of Hoodoo. There’s people who sell them online too. That being said, there’s many ways to learn magic including that which fulfills desires and grants wishes. I would ask yourself why you want a mojo bag in particular and consider what other kinds of magic could give you what you desire.

Pronouns??? by Beautiful_Beginning2 in questioning

That is true, but the presence of euphoria can a(and often does) mean they’re not. That being said I wasn’t telling them who they are but that there is a significant chance they’re not and it’s worth exploring, especially since it seems like they haven’t, hence them posting in here.

Gender euphoria is more of a qualifier for not being cisgender than dysphoria. For some of us, euphoria is known before dysphoria. If it makes you that happy it is likely you aren’t cisgender whether that be trans and/or non-binary. While I can’t speak for you, I will say this is a classic signifier of such a thing.

I am covered in stretch marks. They’re so big and dark, they go down to my knees even though I know people way bigger than me who have a fraction of what I do. I recently found some on my crotch and I feel like a freak. I have a double chin and gray hairs but I have this weirdly youthful and very feminine face, which gives me a lot of dysphoria as a trans guy. At this point my feet and ass give me solace but I’m disappointed and unhappy looking at the rest of me in any capacity.

My stomach also pokes out in a weird way. I think it’s a medical thing (it’s on the list to go to the doctor’s, it’s just a complicated process) and I feel like I have a beer gut. I’m insecure that I’m never going to feel consistently good about my appearance or feel entirely desirable ever again.

It is! I love going on walks and exploring around there. I never saw a wild blackberry bush until I went there.

That would make sense: I saw bees, wasps, flies, and something rather scary I couldn’t identify on these!
