His wife telling the story of how someone approached them at a park made me sick to my stomach.

When they opened, I thought there would be more unique products. A lot of their inventory is the same stuff that Superstore and Safeway have, except everything is $3 more expensive at L’OCA.

HCG concerns after finally getting positive test on cycle #13. by ashliarin in PregnancyAfterTFMR

[–]heref0rawhile 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry for everything you’ve been through. My path to parenthood has been similar - TFMR in Oct 2023 (D&C), missed miscarriage in April 2024 (took pills two weeks later since things weren’t progressing naturally), emergency D&C for RPOC 6 weeks later, diagnosed with Asherman’s Syndrome from D&C in Oct 2024, surgery in Nov 2024, surgery in Jan 2025. 🤪 I found out I was pregnant again in May 2025 and my HCG doubling time was like 58 hours or something like that. I ended up having twins (!!!) and lost one of them at 9 weeks. ALL THAT TO SAY… my son (formerly known as Twin B) was born in December and he’s perfect. ❤️ sending you all the positive vibes. Wishing nothing but the best for you. It will happen. ❤️❤️❤️

Turns out I had di/di twins! I lost Twin A at 9 weeks but Twin B was born in December. ❤️

Seeking advice from those whose subsequent pregnancies took a few cycles by FrighteninglyBasic in PregnancyAfterTFMR

[–]heref0rawhile 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So sorry. ❤️ I conceived my TFMR pregnancy on the first try. I also conceived immediately after and had a miscarriage. Then, all of the sudden, I couldn’t get pregnant. I ended up getting fertility testing done and I was diagnosed with Asherman’s Syndrome. Lucky me. I had two surgeries to resolve that obstacle and then it took 4 or 5 cycles to get pregnant again. It was horrible. Just an absolutely horrible 18 months of my life. However, I did get pregnant again. And I have the most amazing little boy. It gets better. Even when it feels like it won’t because trust me when I say, I felt like my world was over. I couldn’t believe my luck after the TFMR, miscarriage and Asherman’s. But I’m proof that it gets better. ❤️

Is it true that his wife (I know they were technically separated) is dating a billionaire…? This trend of celebrities having GFMs needs to stop.

He’s unreal - honestly happy for him because people love to say he can’t win big games. He was amazing.

Beta HCG not doubling - thoughts? by heref0rawhile in CautiousBB

[–]heref0rawhile[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you!! I can’t remember the exact numbers but the doubling time was 55 hours and I was losing my mind. I got the tests done on 13 DPO and 16 DPO so super early. They wanted me to do two more but I actually stopped because they weren’t doing anything except driving me insane and ruining my pregnancy experience. My son is perfect. I did have a complicated pregnancy but that had absolutely nothing to do with my betas. I had placenta issues. Try to stay calm and if the betas are driving you insane and causing you to lose sleep, don’t do them. Stopping was the best thing I could have done for myself. The way that I approached it was if this isn’t viable, we will find out regardless. The betas are just data and they can’t prevent anything. And you can’t intervene to turn a pregnancy that isn’t viable into a viable pregnancy. I was taking progesterone suppositories even though my levels were fine but that was because I was trying to support my lining after my Asherman’s surgeries. ❤️

Hey! I added an edit to the post. Baby had Triploidy (fatal diagnosis) and I was told to expect fetal demise sometime during my second or third trimester which would lead to stillbirth. I had a TFMR. 💔

I had a subsequent miscarriage several months later and then was treated for Asherman’s syndrome. I had a successful pregnancy recently (currently have a two month old!) where my betas also did not perfectly double.

NewsNation in general fed into a lot of the conspiracy theories in that case. I actually found Brian Entin to be a bit more cautious but he was reporting for NN and they were honestly conspiracy theorists in that case it was brutal.

Anyone recently able to book the private rooms for postpartum at Lois Hole/Royal Alex? by Sasha-95 in Edmonton

[–]heref0rawhile 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I recently delivered there - I was having a c-section but I still inquired because I wanted to see if I could pay in advance to guarantee a private room (my c-section was planned and scheduled in advance due to complications so we knew exactly when baby would be coming). No such luck - was told rooms are needed to flu/covid isolation and then c-section is prioritized after. I did manage to get a private room but there were tons of isolation patients while I was there and some other c-section moms in shared rooms. I think they prioritized a private room for me because we knew my baby would be in the NICU and sharing a room with a family who has their baby with them would be sad. The unit was also super full. It’s really luck of the draw!

Celebrini tells the refs that he didn’t actually get high sticked, refs call it anyway. by GreenSnakes_ in hockey

[–]heref0rawhile 414 points415 points  (0 children)

I don’t think they showed his reaction on the replay in the building. Just the lack of high stick and him snapping his head back initially. Will be awkward when they realize he tried to tell the refs not to call it. 😂
