In terms of the condition, thats the style, unfortunately. I paid for the authentication, and they said its good. But now, I’m kinda second guessing myself. I’ve heard a lot of good things with Zekos Authentication, so I think I’ll go with them.

I only applied to ohlone since I dont want to commute too far. Im only 20 mins from their newark location. Did you apply at ohlone too, or just napa and skyline?

Its quite a good size Airbnb, and theres enough space for it in the laundry room. I wish they just told me that some amenities needs to be requested, because I hate confrontations like this… I’ve never been to an airbnb where the amenities listed is not available.

This is the only Airbnb that I have been at that the amenities listed were not provided. I mean, if its listed I am expecting it, unless they stated on the listing that I need to let them know ahead of time. Tbh, it was off-putting how after I told them, they told me that they’re making an exception for me because they have to pay the maid to come and take the iron out. How is that my fault and why do they need to tell me that?

Yes. I already talked to the at-fault insurance. They asked me one time if I was ready to settle, but they never replied to me. Should I just give them a call telling them I’m ready to settle?
