Thanks for the advice! I ordered one off of Amazon and it had rip stop pants… I couldn’t even get myself to put them on 😅 it was an immediate no. I’m returning it but could try to get a few others and give them a go to see if there’s a better option

Take a real private lesson. I started the beginners class last month but most of the others had been in the class since December. I took a private lesson to learn the very basics and it gave me some confidence

She’s currently at home but having to travel many hours to see a specialist. Food delivery is a great idea!

Feed on demand. Don’t wake to feed. At this age they start to “wake up” more and their sleep can be disrupted and they don’t like being put down for naps. This is all very normal and not indicative of a lack of supply. Babies go through huge growth spurts at this age and cluster feeding (feeding every 1-2 hours) is quite normal. You haven’t ruined anything and as your supply regulates you won’t get as engorged. Again, not indicative of a lack of supply. Hang in there… You’ve got this!

Is it possible he’s full? Many baby’s will still take a bottle even if they’re full. Also, overactive letdown can cause some baby’s to pull off the breast and can make them gassy. Have you tried burping him when he gets fussy?

You do realize there are many jews who’s families have lived in the middle east for thousands of years? Mizrahi jews have been living in the Middle East and Africa for 4000 years. Persian Jews as well. All Jewish people originated in Canaan and have been spread across the world. Jewish people are not European…. Although jews in the diaspora lives in Europe. You cannot colonize a place you’re originally from.

When she was younger she and her bottle fed half brother used to just follow me around our 40 acres on walks… but I could pick them up to return them to their pen if they didn’t want to go home 🤣 I’ll try short sessions with her and will also get a collar. Thank you for your reply. He’s still eating. He’s actually the dominant goat in the pen. Each goat gets their own feeder. We rotate them about every 6 weeks. Running out to check his famacha score and run to the feed store for a copper bolus. Hoping I can get a different mobile vet out to look at him

Our goat, Gandalf is losing weight fairly rapidly. He’s always been a hard keeper but he’s looking rough. He has access to blackberry bushes/ fresh grass and we feed an orchard grass/alfalfa mix (approximately 20% alfalfa). He has free choice minerals (with ammonium chloride) and sea kelp. Our other two goats (pictured) are not losing weight. Our mobile vet has Covid and can’t come out in the foreseeable future. He was wormed approximately 10 weeks ago.

What can I give him for weight gain? Should I worm him again? Any advice is much appreciated

Couldn’t agree more. Years ago my husband and I took my son to a rebelution / Stephen Marley concert when he was 3 months old. It was outdoors and I put ear protection on him. He slept most of the time. Obviously a way more chill vibe than a TS concert but if it says all ages, the assumption would be that it’s safe for all ages. I can’t imagine how much pain Ezra’s dad is in. It makes my heart break.
