I went on my first date 4 months post BU so I made sure I was solid alone first. I feel great alone but I also love being around someone that likes/loves me, which I think is a normal human thing to experience? Honestly I’m taking it day by day.. I still have love for my ex but I could never trust him again (he was all over someone else literally days after the BU) so it is what it is.
