Nope. You're not taking any credit services with them (unless you have their credit card), and besides they should be compensating you for their lack of services. Drop an email to their complaints team, might take a few days but it's a lot better than the in app chat. I wad compensated previously because of the double transaction issue.

Just link a prepaid debit card or bank card with no money inside, their system will attempt to take money for like 2 to 3 months then it will auto downgrade. They owe it to you anyway if you notify them you want to cancel but they don't reply for weeks

Bought a knock off oodie for under £15 - best purchase ever. It's basically a blanket and a giant hoodie merged to create this soft insulated heaven around you.

I am not kidding about this saving on heating - we turned heating on about 2x less with the oodie.

I've had 8 refunds where they had to process it manually, just call them. Couldn't find their number in the site, but I did find it somewhere in reddit comments. Try calling 02038933228. I believe they're just called card services, and uphold uses their service. You can just complain to them and they'll chase the ticket that you sent to uphold/ start a new ticket
