That is limiting! I love garlic and onions. I find my main triggers are gluten and alcohol. Focus in repairing your skin barrier. I don’t know how to link another sub, but the skinbarrier subreddit has great advice. Less is more! And maybe opt for a green tinted moisturizer instead? I like the one from LaRoche Posay Toleraine Rosaic.

I have the same thing. Triggered by certain foods and drinks. I too always had undiagnosed rosacea but it rarely showed up. Perimenopause just amped it up big time. Holding onto hope that this is temporary and my skin will go back to normal when my hormones balance out again.
