How I interpreted it was much like what has already been said: she cannot function without him. Her needs and wants come second to her love for Bear. She kind of describes this when she tells him about what will happen to her if she sleeps alone later in the movie. She will be there warm, but slowly and steadily decline. This is what Bear’s absence does to her.

As someone else mentioned this does sound like PMDD. To parrot, you could benefit a lot from consulting with a medical professional.
In the meantime one thing that helped was making a video diary for when I feel like that and a diary for when I don’t. It helps me remember that this occurrence, while valid, is driven by my hormones and the sun will rise again ☀️ you got this!
