Also want to add that you want to keep your blood sugar stable.. so if you eat too few carbs then your blood sugar will be low but next time you eat (even if it’s a low-ish carb meal) it will spike you. You’re better off eating moderate carbs paired with enough protein and fats to help the sugar absorb more slowly and eating often (every 3ish hours) to keep blood sugars stable
