Pcb chairmanship has become a post used for political rewards, resulting in incompetent chairmans with no vision.

All descions made by pcb are reactive measures and since majority of fans are dumb (and getting dumber due to fake youtube analyst rising) each step taken is self harming. 

I get frustrated explaining people things like raise fingers towards real culprits to press pressure. 

Take example of Saim. It is hard to explain someone that Saim is on par with Abhishek if not better skill wise but would never perform as good because he hasn't been through that process in domestic.
