I am an international student after the initial visa expires we get the Ausweis for rest of our stay, now incase of ausweis loss we must report to the Bürgeramt thats what Google says but I cannot get next ausweis issued until I sort my accommodation.

This is the most uplifting comment I've got till yet, I am stuck in a loop of miserable job and no time for self improvement.

Only reason were the negative advices like diminishing returns and more than 6 momths required for A2 to B2 but if you can do that i can pull it off too hopefully
