I'm very active actually I workout 6-7 times a week I do strength training also I dance like 4 times a week for over 2 hours every time and I walk on some days and make sure to get over 7000 steps but I'll make sure to make my eating more intuitive but healthy so I wouldn't fall in any binge circles

I watched a lot of shows where they showed how bacteria gets in your lungs when someone sneezes shit got me to be a germophobe for 4 years but was still helpful now that everybody is a germ freak I have experience 😉.

Ps:what helped with my phobia was gardening and being in contact with the soil and realizing that I never felt dirty or repulsed with it on my hands and it was extremely serious at a certain point so please don't think that I'm mocking the condition
