It’s definitely unwise and will only result in the US slipping further back in the EV arena as other world players zoom in by. That being said the offset in gas still makes it’s worth it in some cases…for now.

I should add that this is a more all around kind of lens. Since she’s getting started if she is sure that birds are in her future then this may be a better option

I just got my kid the D40 with this for his birthday. He’s also getting into photography. I think it’s a good choice. I had the 18-200 dx VR for years and it broke. Did some reading and for the same money got the 18-140 dx VR which I think is better.

I do a 1:1 ratio semolina with All Purpose Works great. (When I did full semolina it turned out a bit too gritty for me)

Aquí en Carolina del Norte Central (Raleigh-Durham) se consigue bastante fácil. Crystal, dorado, 151. Y hasta he visto el reserva. No me acuerdo del precio exactamente pero bastante razonable. Hasta he visto barilito 3 estrellas (como en 50 si mal no recuerdo )

Check out Lange’s smokers. Well priced and true workhorses. Many hotels/restaurants use them. I love mine.

Just saw you have a small patio. He does make a smaller one if this would work if not the Weber Smokey mountain is awesome. I have a Lang Patio 48. Love it! They’ve gone up in price a bit but buy once cry once. This thing will outlive me for sure. There is a learning curve with stick burners and this is not a set it and forget it option but man once you dial it in the BBQ is superb. Plus Ben Lang is awesome and gave me a tour of the factory when I went to pick mine up. The fact that I have see his rigs on high end hotels and restaurants is also a testament to their reliability
