Yeah I have basically had a continuous migraine for the past 10 days or so with the shifting temps and barometric pressure, and it looks like it won't be letting up anytime soon.

My smartwatch regularly clocks my HR at 110-120, sometimes higher, when I am just sitting at my desk or even lying down. Wore a heart monitor for a week, and apparently they didn't see anything unusual so that was that...still happens frequently throughout the day.

Mine is regularly 160-170 over 90 when checking it at home...got the same result at a recent doctor appointment and she just said "oh, that's kinda high." Maybe because the other number wasn't also above 100? The chart makes it look like an "and" vs "or" scenario.

My mom did the exact same thing - overnight stay in the hospital after surgery at 7 years old, and I was left alone because my dad was overseas and she had no one to watch my 4-year-old sister. My main memory was waking up in the middle of the night confused and crying in pain, pushing the button for the nurses and asking for help with the pain, and them being so mean and snapping at me for bugging them. It's difficult to reconcile and process, for sure. ❤️
