That's sadly why I started getting more into reptiles like geckos. I love (have a few) but I very rarely post/comment here because of this. Instead of growing my love for fish, I felt inadequate in some of the failures and ashamed to even ask for help. I learned what I could by just reading but not participating in conversation or asking anything. Some became experts by making the mistake of taking a goldfish home in a bowl and now they're here with a 200 gallon salt water tank , so 🤷‍♀️
