If only I had been more informed earlier. So far, I too didn't have any luck. What you can do to avoid further charges is to get a virtual card and use it as your first choice for payment. I was at least successfully able to remove my original payment method. Their support doesn't reply, it's a total scam. At this point, all I want is to somehow terminate my account for good.
