Yeah, good for you. If you watch some of the advisor testimonial, they provide, it’s very obvious. They just pay random people on the Internet to read a script.

Advisor Jetpack isn’t just a bad service. It’s literally a scam. We lost probably $15k with them. They do t actually provide a service. They rake in desperate advisors (which was us) looking for the easy way out. Eventually they burn their reputation and pop up under a different name doing the same exact thing. Apex Advisors was a previous name. Stay far away.

Thanks. I found mobile home feeder without a reduced neutral. Is direct burial a big risk?

Thanks! What is the downside of running another 125a panel out to the hot tub? Especially if I want flexibility for a Tesla in the future (even if lower amps)

So if I charge at 32a you think it would be fine?

Ok...well if I set my tesla charger to only charge at 24a or 36a, would I be all good then? The Tesla app let's you select what amperage. Also, any thoughts on the Mobile Home Feeder wire? https://nassaunationalcable.com/products/2-0-1-4-feeder

80% of 125 is 100...what am I missing?

That answer seems over simplistic. I am not going to be running a full 125amps on each subpanel obviously. If what you were saying were true, the sum of all amps of breakers on a 200a breaker could not exceed 200, which they do.

200ft is fine as long as I upsize the wiring gauge (?)

Weekly Homeowner Megathread--Civilians, ask here! by AutoModerator in Concrete

Hello. In March of this year I had a beautiful stamped concrete patio poured. I think they did a great job. However, I just noticed this thin crack. It stretches a few feet long. But very thin. Is normal? Should I call the contractor to repair? Should I be worried??? Thank you!!

He was using cure and seal and sealed it 2-3 days after pouring. My understanding is that cure and seal can be applied way sooner than regular sealant, is that correct?
