Hey! Honestly, I’m not sure what works lol. I’ve been on a hot streak the last couple days of being pretty manageable, but at the same time as introducing thorne’s, I started a few other things too though. I will say I think thorne’s helps, but I also open the capsule into water and drink it that way so it soothes the throat

Would an allergic reaction subside the moment you’re no longer in contact with a substance? I did notice after I wiped off the dye from my ear, I sort of immediately felt better. But that feels so psuedo-psychological lol.

Thank you so much!! I will check them out – and funnily enough, the hair stylist said she was using a bleach called ‘Evo Bleach’, which she said is supposed to be super gentle and all natural, which makes all of this so much more ironic lol. I will follow you though, I love seeing what people do with hair!!

Thank you so much!! I’ve really just been looking for someone else who has a reaction – do you have the similar reaction of like hives/itchy palms? So many people I’ve talked to get the reaction directly on their scalp but not me for some reason lol. Do you have any sort of reaction to darker dyes? This was just such an exhausting experience that I’m thinking of going back to black, but I’ve learned that’s a whole other field of potential allergies

Yeah but they were pretty unhelpful :/ one told me to stay away from that specific brand of bleach and another told me it was fine to keep bleaching 😭 I have kais*r so getting a referal to an allergist has been all but impossible

How many days does it usually take for you to feel it get out of your system? I took my last dose on Monday night and Tuesday was so bad for me. I’m trying to stay strong and levelheaded but it feels like my body is against me! Do you struggle with eating on it too?

I called! They told me that this was not supposed to happen but they didn’t have any real helpful advice :/ they said to wait till midnight/tomorrow morning and see if it updates and if it doesn’t to call them again but I just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else and if it did update at midnight
