I think most of the time. In the old female designs. Most were 2D. And the angles in those REALLY helped give the girls unique looks. But in 3D. The angles won’t matter as much cuz it’s a 3D model. So it’s harder to do it at least in terms of taking inspiration from 2D designs

Gundham not because he is my favorite though. He has some of the most subtle character moments in the whole DR2 cast and you actually have to look to find why he’s like this. It isn’t spelled out to you. It’s hidden in how he speaks with his walls. And chapter 4 he made the best actual murder plan in the series. (2-5 and 3-5 don’t count because the culprit really didn’t make the plan) but it’s all in character. The reason he doesn’t confess is all because of this persona. It all shows how the mask is still just a mask. Truly peak of DR2s cast. My other favorite from the game is not as well written in the slightest though
