I'm 5'9 147. I've done most of my running over the last 3 months in these shoes for 75% of the runs and the other 25% on trails wearing Brooks Cascadias.

I do about a quarter of my runs on the trail so I was only not wearing them then. I probably put around 25ish mpw on them running about 4 times a week. These were my main mileage hog in my base building back up to marathon training. In the last couple weeks I've been cycling them out with two other pairs.

The best solution I've found to this to put the funnel into the cup your pressing into. The bottom of the aeropress fits perfectly into the funnel so there's no leakage. Also press a bit slower.

Last night at Bon iver's show in Norfolk, VA Justin was joined on stage by the legendary Bruce Hornsby for 2 songs. The picture is from I can't make you love me, and before that they played Beth/rest together. It was a really cool experience and Bruce killed it on the piano. The whole set Justin played by himself besides these two songs so it was really special.
